Shaan Zaveri is an entrepreneur based in Ahmedabad, India with interests in product design, architecture, real estate development, asset management and blockchain technology. He started a product design firm at an early age, operated a nightclub, and has been developing real estate since 1995. He co-founded Amaya Properties and developed award winning properties over the years. Shaan, Gaurav Gadhecha and Aniruddh Jhaveri have founded Collated Ventures, which has amassed an equity funded landbank and developing marquee properties. Shaan, Gaurav and Aniruddh have also founded Terazo Network, which is building a platform for private market investments through asset backed tokens on the blockchain. Terazo’s platform will list tokenized real world assets representing high quality real estate assets, venture capital, art and other curated private market investments. Shaan and his family own and operate Swati Snacks restaurants in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, which have won many awards and accolades.
