Amit Das, the Founder and CEO of Think360, is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Analytics. He has worked with businesses across different industries, especially in banking and financial services to help them use data in smarter and more meaningful ways. His focus has always been on solving real-world problems, improving business performance, and driving innovation through technology. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Amit has led analytics initiatives at some of the world’s top companies, including Tata Consultancy Services, Inductis (acquired by EXL Services), Diamond Consultants (acquired by PwC USA), and 3i Infotech. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, creating practical data strategies, and turning complex data into clear business value. Since starting Think360, Amit has shaped the company into a leading full-stack AI and data science firm. Under his leadership, the team has built powerful platforms like Algo360—India’s largest alternate credit scoring solution with millions of profiles—and KwikID, a top-rated video KYC and onboarding tool used by major financial institutions. Amit is also passionate about mentoring and has guided over 500 data scientists in their careers, many of whom have gone on to become industry leaders. Today, he continues to lead Think360 with a strong vision and hands-on approach, helping clients across sectors unlock the true potential of data and technology.
